Our MOQ depends on the product model and configuration. For standard thermal printers, MOQ is typically small and can be confirmed with our sales team. OEM/ODM orders are quoted on a project basis.
02What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept T/T bank transfer and other methods agreed at order confirmation. Payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production.
03What is your production lead time?+
Lead time depends on the model and order quantity. Standard models are confirmed at quotation; OEM/ODM projects include tooling and sample stages before mass production.
04Do you provide OEM and ODM services?+
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services including custom branding, packaging and product configuration. Share your requirements and our team will confirm the scope and sample process.
05What certifications do your products hold?+
Our factory holds ISO9001 certification, and applicable products carry CE and 3C certification. Certification documents can be provided on request for the relevant product.
06How do you handle shipping and logistics?+
We ship worldwide by sea, air or express depending on order size and destination. Shipping terms and transit time are confirmed at quotation.
07Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Samples are available for most models. Sample cost and shipping are confirmed with our sales team, and sample cost is typically deducted from the bulk order.
